Outdoorsy Cancellation Policy

Outdoorsy has 3 standardized cancellation policies which are Flexible, Moderate, and Strict. With the Flexible option, reservation deposit which is 25% of full trip cost is refundable if canceled more than 5 days prior to booking start date. A full refund will be issued if the renter had paid in full and the booking is canceled more than 5 days prior to booking start date. Partial refund of 75% is issued if cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to booking start date.

With the Moderate option, reservation deposit is non-refundable, 75% refund is issued if renter had paid full amount and canceled more than 7 days prior to booking date, and only a 50% refund will be given if cancellation is made in less than 7 days prior to start date.

Strict cancellation policy states that reservation deposit is non refundable. If full payment was made and renter cancels more than 14 days before booking date, 50% refund will be issued. If only the reservation deposit was paid and renter cancels booking, no refund will be issued. If renter cancels less than 14 days before start date, no refund will be issued.
