If you want to return items purchased individually from your My Items gallery, you can do so within 30 days by taking the packed items to your mail carrier, local post office, or dropping off at a blue USPS mailbox. Items to be returned must be unworn with tags intact and packed in the provided mailing bag. In case of your Fix selected by stylists, you’ll have 3 days to try on your items and decide what you’d like to keep. Whatever you choose to return must be put in the included prepaid envelope and sent back to Stitch Fix by dropping it off at any USPS mailbox or pickup location.
