XCVI Shipping Policy

XCVI offers free standard shipping on orders over $125 to all U.S. addresses by USPS Priority. Orders below the minimum requirement will be charged a $7 Flat Rate Shipping fee. Other services are offered via UPS, in case you want expedited shipping and you can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Apart from the U.S, XCVI also ships to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Germany via USPS Priority shipping, and all duties and fees for international orders are paid by the customer.

XCVI Return Policy

Return of unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise is acceptable within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returns received after 30 days are eligible for store credit only and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns from U.S. customers or addresses are free. International customers will be responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees associated with the return.
