There are several shipping options and special rates for certain orders from HauteLook. Orders over $100 destined for the U.S. are shipped for free. For U.S. orders under $100 containing only jewelry, watches, accessories, and or beauty items; the shipping rate charged is $5.95. All other U.S. orders under $100 require a fee of $7.95. If you need your order delivered faster, you can select 2-business day shipping at a charge of $15 or Next-business day shipping at a charge of $25.

HauteLook Return Policy

Whether you’re having second thoughts over your purchase or you’re not completely satisfied with it, you can return HauteLook merchandise to the nearest U.S. Nordstrom Rack store or via mail within 45 days of the original ship date. You can confirm if your item is eligible for return by checking your invoice, email confirmation, or Orders page. HauteLook accepts the return of apparel, footwear, home decor and accessories, unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable. Late returns received after the 45-day return period will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original sale prices, if accepted. All items to be returned must be in their original packaging including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes, and gift boxes when applicable. Returned items must not be worn, altered or damaged. All beauty items are final sale. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment or as a gift card.
